GHOST PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: October 2026

Thank you for pre-ordering the GHOST paintball marker from Meteor Dynamics.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

1. Pre-Order Pricing & Deposit

The GHOST paintball marker has a retail price of $599.00, excluding applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

• Retail Price: $599.99

• Pre-Order Deposit: $299.99

• Remaining Balance: $300.00 (shipping not included)

• Estimated Release: January 2027

The $299.99 deposit reserves a GHOST from the upcoming production run and will be applied toward the final purchase price.

The remaining balance of $300.00, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges not previously collected, must be paid before shipment.

2. Estimated Release & Shipping

The GHOST is currently in production, with an estimated release date of January 2027.

Production schedules may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, transportation, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The expected shipping timeframe will be clearly disclosed before customers place their pre-orders.

The estimated release date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

If Meteor Dynamics cannot ship within the applicable promised shipping timeframe, affected customers will be notified and provided the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.

3. Pre-Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Pre-Orders Are Final

All GHOST pre-orders are considered final once the $299.99 deposit has been received.

As long as Meteor Dynamics is able to fulfill the order within the promised shipping timeframe, customers may not voluntarily cancel their pre-order for a refund.

The $299.99 deposit is non-refundable for voluntary customer cancellations, including changes of mind, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Production or Shipping Delays

If Meteor Dynamics determines that it cannot ship the GHOST within the promised shipping timeframe, affected customers will be notified of the delay.

Customers will be given the following options:

1. Keep Their Pre-Order: Accept the revised shipping timeframe and maintain their reservation.

2. Cancel Their Pre-Order: Cancel and receive a full refund of all amounts paid toward the order.

Meteor Dynamics will provide delay notifications, obtain customer consent where required, and process refunds in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

If a customer accepts a revised shipping date, any subsequent delays will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including any additional cancellation and refund rights.

Product Unavailability

If Meteor Dynamics is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Legal Restrictions

If Meteor Dynamics cannot legally fulfill or ship an order to the customer’s location, the order will be canceled and all payments refunded.

Customer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights customers may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.

4. Final Payment

Customers will be notified by email when their GHOST is ready for final payment.

The notification will include:

• Remaining balance of $300.00

• Applicable sales tax and shipping charges not previously collected.

• Payment instructions.

• Payment deadline.

Full payment must be received before shipment.

Meteor Dynamics will not automatically charge the remaining balance without the customer’s separate authorization.

If payment is not received by the stated deadline, Meteor Dynamics may cancel the reservation in accordance with the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Any refund or forfeiture of the deposit will be handled according to these terms and applicable law.

5. Age Requirement

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

By placing a pre-order, customers confirm that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase a paintball marker in their jurisdiction.

Meteor Dynamics reserves the right to request additional age verification when necessary.

6. Shipping & Legal Compliance

The GHOST is intended for lawful recreational paintball use.

All orders are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Meteor Dynamics reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws concerning possession, transportation, and use of paintball markers.

7. Product Specifications & Changes

The GHOST is currently in production.

Final product specifications, appearance, components, and packaging may differ from preliminary images or descriptions.

Meteor Dynamics may make reasonable modifications to improve quality, reliability, or performance.

Customers will be notified of material changes and provided applicable cancellation or refund rights.

8. Order Confirmation & Communication

Customers will receive an order confirmation by email after successfully placing a pre-order.

Meteor Dynamics will use the email address provided during checkout for important communications, including production updates, shipping notifications, final payment requests, and any material delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information.

9. Refund Processing

Approved or legally required refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory refund rights or applicable payment-card dispute rights.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a GHOST pre-order, customers acknowledge that:

• The retail price is $599.99, excluding applicable taxes and shipping.

• The deposit due at checkout is $299.99.

• The remaining balance is $300.00, excluding additional taxes and shipping.

• The estimated release date is January 2027.

• Production and shipping timelines may change.

• All pre-orders are final, and deposits are non-refundable for voluntary cancellations while Meteor Dynamics meets its promised shipping timeframe, except where required by law.

• If Meteor Dynamics cannot meet its promised shipping timeframe, customers may accept a revised shipping date or cancel and receive a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.

• They have reviewed the cancellation and refund policy.

• They are at least 18 years old.

• They agree to these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

Meteor Dynamics may update these terms for future orders. Updates will not retroactively remove customers’ legal rights or materially change existing agreements without any consent required by law.
